Cycles of Eternity continues an artistic exploration of cemeteries, the relationship between life and death, and the cyclical nature of existence. Based on photographs taken at Green-Wood Cemetery in Brooklyn, the work takes the form of a large-scale rotating mandala, an animated photographic collage projected onto the wall. Fragments of historic gravestones, stone textures, grass, sky, and trees merge into a symbolic landscape that evokes both decay and renewal. The presence of vegetation introduces a quiet sense of growth within a space devoted to remembrance.

Drawing on the spiritual symbolism of the mandala as an infinite, meditative structure, the work brings this circular form into dialogue with the Western iconography of death found in cemetery imagery. It reflects on a world in continuous motion, where life exists alongside death and where decay becomes part of regeneration. The shifting composition transforms markers of mortality into a visual ritual centered on memory, resilience, transformation, and the persistent presence of nature.
